Safety and Conditions
• Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Weight capacity is 159 kg.
• This is a movie ride with back-and-forth and side-to-side seat movement. The games are redesigned to minimize motion sickness. Only a very small percentage of our players have opted out due to motion sickness in the past.
• Do not ride if you have had recent epilepsy, heart conditions, neck/back/bone conditions, high blood pressure, or aneurysms, or have had recent surgery or illness. Players with a prior history of epilepsy, seizures, loss of awareness, or other symptoms linked to an epileptic condition should consult a doctor before participating.
• Do not ride if you are pregnant or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Do not use VR equipment if you have electronic medical devices implanted.
• For your safety, you should be in good health to ride. If you believe your health could be at risk for any reason, or could aggravate a pre-existing condition, do not ride.
• We strongly recommend wearing contact lenses for the experience. Small-framed glasses can be worn with the headsets. Our headsets will not fit large frames due to limited space between the eyes and VR lenses.
• Report any discomfort to the Operator.
• It is recommended that children under 13 do not ride Zombies, Carnival, or Werewolves.
• Secure all loose articles or leave them with a non-rider.
• Camera and video equipment, chewing gum, candy, food, and drinks are not permitted on the ride.
• Take a 30-minute break after every 20 minutes of continuous play.
Gift Vouchers
• Gift vouchers are confirmed via email after purchase and cannot be extended beyond that date.
• Gift vouchers are treated as cash and cannot be refunded or replaced if lost, stolen, used previously, or damaged.
• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, or used to purchase additional gift vouchers.
• Gift vouchers are sent to the purchaser or recipient via email, and can be printed, reprinted, or emailed as needed.
• Gift voucher codes are unique, can be used repeatedly, and transferred to another customer until the value is redeemed. Any remaining balance will be retained on the same gift voucher code and can be used until fully redeemed.
• Gift vouchers can be used for standard session tickets.
Refund Policy
• We do not issue refunds for cancellations, a change of mind, or gift vouchers.
• Refunds are applied in the rare event of technical or network difficulties that cause disruptions to games.
